Custom Hierarchy Settings

Accessing the Custom Hierarchy

Access to the Custom Hierarchy section is controlled by roles. Users need to be assigned a role that includes permissions for interacting with custom hierarchies. For example:

  • Users with the "Custom Hierarchy | Admin" role or a similar role configured for this purpose can view and manage settings in this area.
  • If you cannot access this section, contact your system administrator to confirm your permissions and role assignment.

To navigate to the Custom Hierarchy Settings screen, go to:
Settings > Custom Hierarchy
