Question dependencies allow you to establish conditions between questions, enabling follow-up questions to appear based on specific responses.
Setting Up Dependencies
- Go to the settings of the question in the Question Library where you want to establish a dependency.
Example:
Set up a condition such that if the response to "Do you have a bring your own device policy?" is "Yes," a follow-up question, "Please attach this document.", is displayed.
- In the Question Options section, toggle on Conditional Display Logic.
- Select the question to establish the dependency with.
- A pop-up table will appear, allowing you to search for and select the desired question from the library.
- Define the logic for the dependency. Specify the response or multiple responses (for multi-select questions) that will trigger the follow-up question.
- You can add multiple conditions if necessary.
