New Feature - Copy Records from a Table - November 24

This feature enables users with the appropriate permissions to quickly create a new record by duplicating data from an existing one. This helps to save time and ensure data consistency, as information from a previous record can be reused instead of being re-entered manually.

Key Benefits:

  • Reduces the time spent re-entering similar information across multiple records. This is especially helpful when working with records that require similar data inputs, such as assessments.

  • Copying data from an existing record ensures consistency across records, helping reduce human error. Important details like names, dates, and structured responses are copied exactly, improving data accuracy and uniformity.

  • Newly created records exist at the first state and stage of the workflow, so users can  immediately continue the process without manual setup or configuration, whilst also checking information is up-to-date.
