- Now, you can discuss each assessment item directly on the question itself, keeping everything centralized and traceable.
- With threaded conversations, it's easy to follow the flow of discussion, track decisions, and resolve questions quickly—all in one place.
- Every comment is recorded and time-stamped, helping teams understand how decisions were made and who was involved.
How It Works
Each assessment question now includes a Comments link - found beneath the main question content.

Navigate to the question which requires further commentary and click the Comments link within the question box.

Click into the comment text box that says “Add a comment…”.

Type your message.

Click Add Comment to share your comment.
Your comment will be visible to other users with access to the assessment, and they can respond with their own comments if they are able to edit the question component.
