The Global Email Template allows Designers to define default settings and styles for all notification emails. These settings help ensure consistency across communication while reducing repetitive setup when creating individual notifications.
Where to Find This
Navigate to the Workflow area and open the Global Settings within the individual Notifications to access the Global Email Template settings.
Uploading Custom Logos
Purpose:
Add your company's logo to appear in the top-left corner of every notification email.
Options:
Light Mode Logo – Used in emails with light mode settings.
Dark Mode Logo – Used in emails with dark mode settings.
How to Upload:
Open Global Settings on a Notification setup
Click Select files and upload your image file into the Light or Dark mode area.
Maximum file size: 5MB
File type: PNG
If only one logo is uploaded, it will be used for both light and dark themes.
