Monthly Product Update - February 26

We've released two improvements designed to make workflows clearer and help users work with application records more efficiently. These updates provide better feedback when progressing records through workflows and introduce a new visual way to understand and filter record status directly from application pages.

Disabled Button Feedback in Workflows

We’ve introduced an improvement to workflow usability that helps users understand why they can’t move a record to the next stage.

When a workflow transition button is disabled (greyed out), users can now click the button to view feedback explaining what requirements must be completed before the workflow can progress.

What’s new

  • Disabled workflow transition buttons can now be clicked.

  • A feedback message displays the conditions that still need to be met on the record.

Why it matters

  • Users no longer need to guess why a transition is unavailable.

  • It makes troubleshooting workflow conditions quicker and easier.

Configuration
No additional configuration is required. The button feedback automatically reflects the existing transition conditions configured in the workflow.

Status Widget on Application Pages

A new Status Widget has been added above each record table on application pages to help users quickly understand record status and filter data more efficiently.

The widget displays a visual overview of workflow statuses and task metrics for the currently selected workflow.

What’s new

  • An interactive donut chart appears above each record table.

  • The chart shows key status and task metrics for the active workflow.

  • The widget refreshes automatically when users change applications or switch workflow tabs.

  • Users can click any status segment or count in the chart to instantly filter the records displayed in the table below.

Why it matters

  • Users can quickly see the distribution of records across workflow stages.

  • Records can be filtered in one click, making it faster to focus on specific statuses or tasks.
