Exporting Reports

You can easily export any individual report as a PNG image, perfect for use in presentations, slideshows, or sharing a snapshot of key insights.

Where to Find the Export Option

Each dashboard report within the platform includes a menu. Just follow these quick steps:

1. Click the Three Horizontal Dots

   In the top-right corner of the report, click on the three vertical dots (⋯). This opens the actions menu for the report.

    

2. From the dropdown menu, click on “Export as PNG.”

   Once clicked, the report is automatically downloaded as a .png image file to your device, with the name of the report and date/time it was exported. You can now add this image to documents, slides, or email summaries.
