Setting Up Questionnaires

Questionnaires can be configured using the Question Component, found under the Visuals tab in the Component side panel. This component creates a designated space on the view for questions pulled from the Question Library. A single Question Component can display questions from one or multiple assessment types, depending on its configuration.

Adding a Question Component

1. Drag and Drop:
   Select the Question Component from the configuration panel and drag it onto the canvas.
2. Configure the Component:
   Click on the component to start configuration.

During configuration, you will just need to specify the Question Set. Choose the appropriate set from your entity.

Note: Question sets are defined in the entity configuration screen under the Question Sets tab.

There you will need to:

• Define Instructions:
  Indicate which Attribute will be used to determine the correct question type.
• Assign Reviewer Permissions:
  Select the Roles that will have reviewer permissions for this Question Component.
