SureCloud now supports integration with BlackKite, allowing customers with an active BlackKite subscription to automatically surface third-party cyber risk scores and access downloadable reports directly within the platform. This seamless integration provides real-time visibility of third-party risk during your assessment workflows.
Setting Up the BlackKite Integration
Before you can use the BlackKite features in SureCloud, you'll need to set up the integration using your credentials from BlackKite.
Step 1: Retrieve Your BlackKite Credentials
You'll need the following from your BlackKite account:
Client ID
Client Secret Key
These credentials are provided by BlackKite. If you're unsure where to find them, please contact your BlackKite account representative.
Step 2: Setup the Integration in SureCloud
Navigate to the Integrations section in your SureCloud platform.
Select BlackKite Integration.
Enter your Client ID and Client Secret Key.
Click Connect.
Once connected, you’ll be able to pull risk scores and reports for your third-party entities.
Step 3: Configure when the Integration within Third Party Workflows
Within each third party entity setup, you’ll need to ensure one of each of the following attributes are setup:

| Text Field | Used to map the company name in SureCloud to the corresponding company in BlackKite.

| Number Field | Automatically populated with the cyber risk score retrieved from BlackKite. |
| URL Field | Automatically populated with the downloadable report link from BlackKite. Clicking the link opens a new tab to download the report. |
To automate the retrieval of BlackKite data as part of your third party workflows:
Go to the Workflow Transition when you want the data to be pulled.
Add a new action using “Use an integration” and choose "Black Kite"
Choose to "Create Black Kite report"
Click to Edit Configuration and map the following:
Company Name ➜ Map to the Text Field for company name.
Report Score ➜ Map to the Number Field for BlackKite score.
Report Link ➜ Map to the URL Field for the downloadable report.
Once configured, this action will trigger during the selected workflow transition, automatically retrieving the latest available data from BlackKite.
